The Aficionados, a brand-new high-end gastronomy project in Thessaloniki

The gastronomic project "The Aficionados" in Thessaloniki, headed by the talented Chef Dimitris Pamporis of Ekies All Senses Resort in Chalkidiki  and business investors Spyros Symeonidis and Marialena Miliaras, is on the final line.

Τhe brand new project is housed in 'Achilleas Varsamis Villa', a beautiful three-level  new-classical building in Kalamaria that combines the new-classical architecture of the building with the contemporary aesthetic concept and atmosphere of a space devoted to the pleasure of the senses (architecture & decoration Dimitris Dimos).

Heart of this project, the fine dining restaurant on the first floor, only with 36 seats that will be operating Thursday, Friday, Saturday. The profile of the menu prepared by Dimitris Pamporis adopts the Mediterranean flavors and is characterized by the Chef, as "modern gastronomic cuisine" with excellent  materials: wagiu veal, duck challange, Sicilian bluefin tuna that will arrive daily.

Beyond the restaurant but alongside, on the ground floor you will find the Coctail bar - operated by the bartender Tasos Papadopoulos and a cigar lounge with 2000 different cigars from all over the world. A Lounge bar will be on the second floor with the fireplace, where you can enjoy fine and premium wines upon request, champagne and spirits. The wine cellar of "The Aficionados" is at least quite impressive with more than 1000 labels, mainly from the international but from the Greek vineyard as well.

"The Aficionados" will start around November 15th with a small bistrot menu and finger food at the ground floor bar and at the second floor bar. The restaurant will start serving the full menu from mid-December 2017
