This property stands on land that has been in the same family for several generations. The name comes from a pine tree that began to grow on the little hill of Lotos in the village of Kini on Syros, around 150 years ago. When the land was bought by the great-grandfather of the Rigouzzo family, the pine tree was already a landmark for this little village.

Pino di Loto Luxury Apartments boutique B&B has been lovingly created by the architect George Evripiotis, seeking to preserve the traditional forms of the architecture of the Cyclades in its buildings, with bold lines and traditional colours and materials, both on the exterior and in interiors. Pino di Loto accepted its first guests in June 2007.

Perched high on the Lotos hill in the village of Kini, Pino di Loto provides guests with magnificent views over the island of Syros and the Aegean Sea with its spectacular sunsets. Pino di Loto is a small boutique & privé B&B, where guests have the choice of 4 suites. These are decorated in a traditional but comfortable style, featuring the antique framed mirrors of the Rigouzzo family. The suites provide a range of modern amenities, including fully equipped kitchens, 23" flat-screen TVs, DVD players and safes. All feature minimalistically styled en-suite bathrooms, with complementary Korres natural cosmetics products.

All the 4 Suites of Pino di Loto Luxury Apartments are fitted out with all modern amenities. They can each accommodate 2 people each. Upon request an extra bed (1) can be prepared in each Suite).

Due to the special design, architecture and decoration of Pino di Loto (high walls, rocks around the pool, only for adults pool), for safety reasons and for the comfort and well-being of all we, always, want to keep calm and quiet atmosphere! This is why we need to inform our guests that the area is not considered "friendly" for babies (0-2y.o) or children younger than 15 y.o.

NO 24hr Reception but in case of emergency we are always available.
NO Laundry service but just in case that there is a huge need we could do the laundry (NO underwear is accepted in this case).

The Pino Bar, situated by the pool, serves breakfast from 9.00am. till 12.00 noon. Later in the day cocktails and light dishes are served.

Airport shuttle service (taxi) on request.
