It is the new, sixth consecutive, hotel of the Hatzilazarou group, which seems to be the Hospitality leader in South Rhodes.
With high profitability Yiannis Hatzilazarou is constantly investing in new Hotel units. The distinctive reputation of all the Hotels that belong to the H Hotels Collection and the increasing demand of all the tour operators for the quality product he offers ensure high levels of attendance.
The new hotel, located in Kiotari, about 60 km from Rhodes town started in March 2017 and it will be fully operational in the next season around May 2018. It will have 250 rooms, offering upgraded all inclusive, to customers over 16 years old.

The new hotel unit is built on a plot of 62 acres, 4.5 km from the settlement of Lindos and 52.5 km from the international airport of Rhodes. The complex is built with bioclimatic design elements, and luxurious facilities (swimming pools, spa, etc.).
It is a 30 million euro investment, which will offer employment to 250 people. With the new hotel, Hatzilazarou Group will increase its total occupancy to 2150 rooms.
