The new hotel, which will trade under the name Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is estimated to cost more than €100 million and will open in spring 2018 after works to upgrade facilities are completed. Located in the southern seaside suburban area of Athens, 25 kilometres from the heart of the city, Astir is already one of the landmarks of the Athens Riviera.
The Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens will have a capacity of 300 rooms, suites and bungalows, and will offer spa and leisure facilities, conference and event venues, a 300-acre pine-covered park, the Vouliagmeni Marina, beaches and infinity pools, luxury shops, and restaurants - among them the highly successful Matsuhisa Athens from Nobu.
