The Peruvian Paloma recipe

Peruvian Paloma

THE STORY BEHIND THE PERUVIAN PALOMA
I love taking a classic cocktail with a strong connection to its heritage, like Mexico’s Paloma, and combining it with another culture. After spending time in both Mexico and Peru, I thought it would be interesting to substitute pisco for tequila in this delicious drink.

The history of the Paloma can be traced to one of the oldest bars in Tequila, Mexico: La Capilla. It is believed to have been created by Don Javier Delgado Corona, the grandson of the original owner of the venue.
